Good standard hotel ideally situated for both Newcastle city and the surrounding area. With easy links to the city centre, Metro shopping centre and coast, this is an excellent hotel from which to explore the North East. The hotel prides itself on its personalised service and family friendly atmosphere.
All bedrooms are en suite and offer the following facilities: television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and trouser press. Rooms are in a traditional style and are generally medium in size but vary due to the age of the building.
The hotel has one restaurant, the Conservatory, which is open for lunch and dinner. The hotel also has a lively bar which is open all day and more modern in design, serving light snacks. A residents’ lounge is also available providing a quieter, more relaxing environment in which to enjoy a drink.
