The entire hotel has recently completed a million pound refurbishment programme, which now makes the Cristina one of the finest and most luxurious hotels within its class. Overlooking St. Aubins Fort and the bay, the restaurant offers fresh Jersey Produce with its daily changing Table dhote and seasonal a la carte menus.
